1. How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver orders within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

3. Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes, we deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your parcel in real-time.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Email us at info@floraskin.co.za with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
7. Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from verified suppliers and distributors.
8. Do you offer wholesale pricing or bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer wholesale prices for resellers or bulk buyers. Please email info@floraskin.co.za with your business information to get started.
9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately at info@floraskin.co.za if you need assistance.
