Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa:
Standard Courier 2–5 business days R80 or FREE for orders over R800

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within South Africa. For bulk or wholesale orders outside of South Africa, please contact us directly at info@floraskin.co.za.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your parcel through the courier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@floraskin.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. FloraSkinis not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the package and the items
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
