Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The item is in resalable condition (no signs of wear or damage)
You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Opened or used beauty, skincare, or personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)
Gift cards or promotional items

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Email info@floraskin.co.za with your order number and reason for return
We will confirm if your item is eligible and provide return instructions
Ship the item to the return address provided (shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Send clear photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement, refund, or credit at no additional cost

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
